Back when I used to play some Battlefield 1 which takes place in World War 1, I always liked one particular effect. That effect is the mortar explosions that aim at infantry on the ground. For some reason that explosion is somehow saved in my brain and I tried to replicate it inside Houdini as a personal project. Yes while working on it I made way too many explosion sound effects with my mouth.
